Facilitated Wellness Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm

Saturday - Sunday 9:00 am - 7:00 pm

Discounts: Use our convenient punch card and your 10th one-hour session is free!  That brings a 1 hr. session to only $63/visit with 10 sessions.

Payment Options: Payment may be made by cash, check or credit card. Checks should be made out to "FAC".

Flatiron Club Members: Charge these services to your club charge account (see front desk to get set-up).

Not a Member of the Flatiron Athletic Club? You pay the same as club members for our services. For an additional $8, you can use all of the club’s facilities before or after your session. Please be sure to pay for our services at the front desk on the day of your appointment, since we do not charge your credit card in advance.

Cancellations: In fairness to our other clients and our therapists, we require 12 hours notice for cancelled or rescheduled appointments. The following charges will apply for sessions cancelled or rescheduled within less than 12 hours or missed appointments:

• 1-hour appointments or less are charged $40, if rescheduled.
• 75-min sessions or more are charged 60%, if rescheduled.
• Full charge is applied if your session is not rescheduled.
• Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.
